What to include
- The room or area the question is about, and whether it is a rental or your own home.
- What you have already tried, if anything.
- The exact name of the product you are using, if the question is about a product.
- Photos, if the problem is visual. Please do not include personal documents or the address of the property.
Common questions
Corrections are welcome and are treated as a priority. If an article contains an instruction that is wrong, unsafe or outdated, please say which article it is and what should change. It will be corrected and the article updated with the date of the change.
Questions about a specific article are answered by email. Questions that other readers are likely to have may end up as a full article later.
The form only appears once a contact email address is configured in the Customizer. No message is stored in the website database: it is sent by email and discarded from the browser as soon as the page is left.
